OFFICE MANAGER  - CLOSED


Legacy Insurance & Investment Group, LLC seeks an office manager to provide support in a fast-paced high-demand environment. 

Principal Responsibilities: 
  1. Provide new business support to the Principal to ensure complete applications and efficient processing of new business  
  2. Assist the Principal with the preparation of product proposals and sales presentations for the advisor to share with clients, based on the information collected from them
  3. Create and run sales illustrations for the Principal using approved systems in preparation for sales calls
  4. Respond to routine customer requests for the Principal via telephone regarding basic information on their premium payments, effective dates and status of their policies
  5. Maintain email and calendar; Set and confirm appointments for the Principal.
  6. Prepare bulk mailing to prospective clients
  7. Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
  8. Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile
  9. Provide general assistance to the Principal including filing, copying and typing correspondence; Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation 
  10. Adhere to compliance guidelines as instructed
  11. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Knowledge and Competencies Required:
  • Exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Google, Adobe, CRM, etc.)
  • Effectively receives, interprets, and disseminates information verbally and in writing in a manner that is clear, precise, and able to be acted upon
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills 
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Punctual and Dependable 
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently within a variety of situations
  • Ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance and investment environment, though not required
  • Willingness to assume additional responsibilities 
  • Bachelor degree desired, but not required - Minimum of an associates degree or two years of higher education
  • BILINGUAL REQUIRED:  Professional level fluency in Spanish

  • Base Salary commensurate on experience 
  • Performance bonus 
  • Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Life after six months
  • Retirement Plan after one year

Hours:
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday
