Legacy Insurance & Investment Group, LLC seeks an office manager to provide support in a fast-paced high-demand environment.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide new business support to the Principal to ensure complete applications and efficient processing of new business
- Assist the Principal with the preparation of product proposals and sales presentations for the advisor to share with clients, based on the information collected from them
- Create and run sales illustrations for the Principal using approved systems in preparation for sales calls
- Respond to routine customer requests for the Principal via telephone regarding basic information on their premium payments, effective dates and status of their policies
- Maintain email and calendar; Set and confirm appointments for the Principal.
- Prepare bulk mailing to prospective clients
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
- Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile
- Provide general assistance to the Principal including filing, copying and typing correspondence; Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation
- Adhere to compliance guidelines as instructed
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Knowledge and Competencies Required:
- Exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Google, Adobe, CRM, etc.)
- Effectively receives, interprets, and disseminates information verbally and in writing in a manner that is clear, precise, and able to be acted upon
- Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Punctual and Dependable
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to change and work efficiently within a variety of situations
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience in insurance and investment environment, though not required
- Willingness to assume additional responsibilities
- Bachelor degree desired, but not required - Minimum of an associates degree or two years of higher education
- BILINGUAL REQUIRED: Professional level fluency in Spanish
